The delaminating machine is designed to transform a time consuming and messy manual film removal procedure into a quick, clean systematic operator process. Generally, film can be delaminated with little or no cleaning therefore removing the risk of chemical leaching and subsequent life issues for the repaired panel.

Process Capabilities:

• Delaminates polarizer film from LCD panels.
• Accepts bare glass or backlight still in place.
• LCD support table 480mm x 360mm. (600mm diagonal)
• Will accept panels up to 25mm in height std configuration.
